Model JHDC — the hoist model, not a plain jackshaft. A jackshaft operator only drives the shaft; the hoist adds a hand chain and floor-level disconnect so the door can be run by hand when power is out. $1,906 plus tax; drive sprocket kit +$68. Sold as a kit: MAXUM DC hoist operator, DCWALLCTL LCD wall control and CPS-U monitored photo eyes. Mounts beside the door on the torsion shaft — no rail, keeps the ceiling clear. Rolling-door (up to 450 lb) and 1,200 lb versions available by special order.

Will it fit my door?

Sectional doors up to 700 lb on a torsion-spring shaft, with about 8" of side room beside the door for the operator; rolling doors up to 450 lb and the 1,200 lb MAXUM are special order. Needs a 120/240 V circuit near the operator. Not sure? Text the door size, weight or a photo to 201-621-2161.

Openers are final sale once the box is opened. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days at the showroom.
